Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are:
• United States: 5–10 business days
• International: 7–15 business days (where available)

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless free shipping is offered as part of a promotion.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Delays
Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, customs processing, carrier delays, or peak shipping periods. OraPure is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
